Each case is assigned a compassionate and highly qualified case manager who guides the member every step of the way. Likewise, the MSO is provided in the member’s local language, translated by medically certified translators.
MSO Report format - ‘My MediGuide Casebook’
The member receives a digital MSO ‘My MediGuide Casebook’, but we can send it to them in hardcopy format as well. All relevant information is in one place, making it easy to exchange information with their local doctor, or with a different treating physician or hospital if travelling overseas for treatment. Additional information can be added as the member continues on their healthcare journey.
